– Patients pay an annual fee and receive discounted fees at the time of service.
– Contract will run 1 year from the date of payment of annual membership fee.
– No refund will be made for early termination of services.
-No Yearly Deductibles, no Annual Maximums, average savings for 2 adults is 42%.
– For Major dental work one half of the total cost may be paid at the beginning of treatment, and the remaining balance at the completion of treatment.
DISCOUNTED FEES: Payment in full is required at the time of service.
REGULAR FEES: Will be charged for any services not paid for at the time of service.

If you’re a new patient without insurance, you may qualify for free exams and X-rays.
Please note, additional appointments may be necessary for optimal dental care. We have a cancellation policy in place requiring 48-hours notice for regular appointments and 4 business-days for specialist ones. Non-compliance incurs a $50 fee for standard appointments and $150 for specialty appointments.
