This program provides comprehensive and professional dental care to our patients without insurance claim forms, pre-authorizations, and other paperwork.
- Patients pay an annual fee and receive discounted fees at the time of service.
- Contract will run 1 year from the date of payment of annual membership fee.
- No refund will be made for early termination of services.
-No Yearly Deductibles, no Annual Maximums, average savings for 2 adults is 42%.
- For Major dental work one half of the total cost may be paid at the beginning of treatment, and the remaining balance at the completion of treatment.
DISCOUNTED FEES: Payment in full is required at the time of service.
REGULAR FEES: Will be charged for any services not paid for at the time of service.
