What happens during veneer placement?
The first step in getting veneers is for your dentist to digitally scan your teeth, allowing them to create custom-fitted veneers just for you.
To place veneers, they remove a small amount of enamel from your teeth and then permanently bond the veneers to the front and sides of your teeth. The procedure isn’t painful, and there’s no downtime afterward.
You can resume a normal routine immediately after getting veneers. When cared for properly, veneers can last 10-20 years or longer in some instances. Take good care of your teeth and veneers by brushing after meals, flossing every day, and seeing your dentist every six months for dental cleanings. We have a cancellation policy in place requiring 48-hours notice for regular appointments and 4 business-days for specialist ones. Non-compliance incurs a $50 fee for standard appointments and $150 for specialty appointments.
